Originally from Pinetops, NC, Paige Coker is a second-generation REALTOR® with 33 years of experience helping clients navigate real estate decisions through strong market knowledge, clear communication, creative problem-solving, and a calm, steady approach.

Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Paige represents sellers and buyers through Corcoran DeRonja Real Estate. She has particular expertise in Inside-the-Beltline homes and established Raleigh neighborhoods, including Sunset Hills, Coley Forest, Glen Eden, North Hills, Five Points, and the Village District. Her business leans toward seller representation, particularly owners of established single-family homes, while she also helps buyers find a home that fits their needs.

On North Carolina’s Crystal Coast, Paige represents buyers and sellers through Al Williams Properties in Atlantic Beach. She has spent summers in Atlantic Beach since she was five, worked there during college, and considers Carteret County her second home. Her coastal work includes Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, and surrounding Carteret County communities, with particular experience helping out-of-town clients navigate purchases and sales involving permanent relocations, second homes, and coastal getaways.
