Tonya W. Culpepper

I am a native North Carolinian who grew up in Raleigh and attended Sanderson High School. Even though I have lived abroad and in other states in the U.S., I returned to Raleigh in 1999 with my family to be closer to our extended family. My husband Todd and I have four children: a daughter, JoAnna, who attends UNC-Wilmington, and three sons, Nathanial, Jonathan and Samuel.

It brings me a lot of happiness to help people find their perfect home or sell their home. A home is a safe haven for families, the place where we can all feel the most comfortable and be ourselves. I love being a part of that journey with people, and helping them think about what a house could be (renovations, updates) or identifying that one perfect house that is move-in ready.

I have extensive knowledge about Raleigh neighborhoods and other parts of the Triangle, and am especially familiar with downtown neighborhoods such as Longview Gardens (where I call home), Historic Oakwood, Mordecai, as well as other neighborhoods Inside the Beltline .

It would be my pleasure to meet you and learn more about your real estate needs. Please contact me by phone or e-mail and let’s talk!
