Susan is a strong negotiator with proven strategies to prepare her listings, and she offers expert pricing advice to solicit the most competitive offers. In each and every transaction, Susan will do all the heavy lifting and fuss over every detail so her clients don’t have to.

Her love of design, dedication to process, and desire to work with great people drew her to real estate.  After many years in the advertising world as a rep and producer for a commercial photographer and film director, Susan learned the ins and outs of overseeing jobs from start to finish, wrangling budgets, negotiating every penny, and delivering top-notch customer service. The biggest rewards for her are the strong relationships she develops with her clients; she is fully committed to diligence, honesty, and integrity in every interaction.

Susan's true passion is people. She’s an enthusiastic champion of small local businesses, a willing tour guide for visitors and newcomers, and an avid investigator of everything that makes this area unique, from food to festivals to music to museums. After earning a degree in (Photo) Journalism from Indiana University and winding through the Midwest and Colorado, Susan made her way to Raleigh in 2008,  where she lives with her husband Dean and two red-headed pups, Nomi and Tug.
