Sara DuChon knows that buying or selling a home is not a transaction but a relationship. Sara has over 30 years as a Relationship Manager, and she knows that it is approaching real estate sales and purchases in this holistic manner that creates the best results for her clients. Having a client-centered approach leads to the best results. She has won numerous awards for sales and production and has client relationships that have spanned decades. 

Each client relationship is handled with enthusiasm in a very professional and responsive manner. Her background as a commercial real estate lender provides unique experience in her approach to real estate sales and purchases. With over 30 years of experience in banking, her financial expertise is invaluable in making for a smooth transaction. 

Sara has a B.S. in Business and Management from the University of Maryland University College. Sara has two daughters, Kelli and Allie, and two grandchildren. Kelli, her husband, Ryan and their daughter Hailey, live in Long Island, New York. Kelli is a registered nurse at NYU Langone, and Ryan is with the NYPD.  Allie is a Physical Therapy Assistant, and her husband Sean is a sales rep for a local brewery.  They live in North Raleigh with their son, Charlie. Sara lives with her two spoiled fur babies—her dog Josie and her cat Kalli.

Sara’s happy places are at the beach with a book in hand, digging in her gardens, and watching football, especially her Baltimore Ravens.  She loves Durham Bulls games, the Theatre in the Park, and any live music event.  The North Carolina Museum of Art is also a favorite place.
