I specialize in downtown Raleigh real estate. As a resident of an historic neighborhood bordering downtown, I love to show off Raleigh's architectural history and the adaptability of urban renewal. We are seeing a renaissance in Southeast Raleigh as more people want to take advantage of all downtown has to offer. Walkability and proximity to amenities continues to be a driving force for many of my clients when choosing a home.

Although downtown Raleigh is my passion, I have sold tons of wonderful homes from Angier to North Raleigh, Clayton to Cary. As Wake County grows, new neighborhoods are being developed and older homes are being re-furbished. Amenities are expanding to small towns and new transit opportunities link us all together.
