With deep roots in the Triangle, Annie was born and raised in Raleigh, attended elementary and secondary school in Wake County public schools, and graduated from Meredith College in ‘83.  She began her career in real estate shortly after.  Over the years, Annie has enjoyed a front row seat to the rapid growth and monumental changes our area has experienced.  She has enjoyed assisting many new homebuyers and sellers, helping them navigate the process every step of the way, whether first-time buyers, investors, move-up buyers or downsizing empty nesters.  

In addition to her real estate career, she is co-owner of Rightsizing Raleigh, a move management company specializing in downsizing, decluttering & Senior moves. Annie feels that being able to offer those services only enhances and simplifies her clients' moving experience.

Annie and her husband, Jim have two children, Dillon and Molly and wholeheartedly agree that the Triangle is one of the best places to live in the U.S.!
