Client centricity is something most real estate agents strive for, but Stacey McDonald has mastered. Stacey was born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina. She received her BA from the University of Georgia and has called Raleigh her home since 1994 when she moved here to take a job working with the Department of Corrections.
In early 2000 she began a new career in sales and the gift of helping others was realized. Since that time, she has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that has transformed the Triangle. She believes that dedication, communication, passion, and trust are the four key pillars necessary to not only build strong relationships, but also to obtain the desired outcome. Nothing makes her happier than to know she has assisted in paving a path for her clients.
In addition to being passionate about real estate, Stacey is a huge dog lover and has spent the last 3 years working with homeless dogs. She has worked with the SPCA and is currently a volunteer at Saving Grace. So, if you need a furry friend to go with your new house, she can help you with that!
She is happily married to her husband Chris and has two daughters Ella and Harper, step daughter Grace, and step son Jack.
"Stacey made the real estate process seamless! She provided hands down an excellent experience on both the purchase of my new home and selling my current house. My home went on the market on Friday, Stacey hosed a COVID-friendly open house the following day and Sunday we were reviewing double-digit offers! Over the past month, we've had a multitude of calls, texts and emails, and I can honestly say she responded within a 5 -minute window, if not sooner! Her knowledge of the local market, responsiveness and attention to detail make her a pleasure to work with!" L. Varnhold
·I am so pleased that I made the decision to reach out to Stacey McDonald when I decided to sell my home. I had previously contacted an online realty company and received a proposed offer. I was unsure whether to move forward once I learned I would be representing myself through the closing. My listing was fairly straight forward but I did have a couple of unique variables to address. In the end, working with Stacey McDonald turned out to be a much more profitable solution that gave me peace of mind.
If you are debating whether to take a traditional home sale approach with a realtor or try working with an online realty company, I would highly recommend choosing Stacey McDonald to represent you. I could not have asked for a better experience! A. Chase
