Sasha was originally introduced to real estate as a Settlement Agent in South Florida. She acquired nearly ten years of experience in the realm of title, escrow, and settlement services. In the course of this time, she assisted thousands of clients with successfully finalizing their transactions. In 2019, with ambitions of furthering her career, Sasha decided to explore other areas in the industry. Working closely with Real Estate Agents for many years sparked an interest of becoming an agent herself. Within a few months, she was licensed and tackling Miami’s competitive market. Armed with a decade of knowledge on closing intricate transactions, Sasha continued to expand her understanding of the industry with the goal of grasping a strong command of her new role. She was mentored by highly regarded agents on negotiations and adapting to shifts in market conditions. Aside from trainings and mentorship, she always remained focused on continuously perfecting her client’s experience. These efforts resulted in her closing over two and a half million in volume with both sellers and buyers within her first year as an agent.

After the pandemic, like many Americans, Sasha was in search of a slower pace of life. She ventured out to North Carolina and fell in love with “The Tar Heel State”. She now resides in the beautiful town of Angier with her husband and three boys. During this transition, Sasha took the role of a Mortgage Processor with one of the nation’s leading mortgage companies. Sasha’s time processing loans proved valuable, as she was able gain insight on what it takes to get a home loan. She quickly earned recognition by remaining in the top five list of the best processors in the company. 

Although she found success in mortgages, Sasha’s love for helping people buy and sell homes led her back to her passion. She activated her license in North Carolina and joined DeRonja as a Real Estate Broker. Sasha has strategically worked in all facets of real estate, which puts her in the unique position of fully understanding a real estate transaction from A to Z.  She is also fluent in Spanish.
