Meg Matthews means it when she says she knows firsthand how challenging and rewarding a move can be. Born a Wisconsin cheesehead, over the years she has found a place to call home in Illinois, California, and Georgia. But she hit the brakes when she landed in North Carolina, quickly recognizing that, with its breathtaking landscapes, diverse communities, booming businesses, white hot sports scene, and rich history, the Tar Heel State simply had it all.

Having earned a Master’s in Public Health, Meg is fascinated by the connection between people, place, and well-being. Driven by a curiosity for the unique qualities and nuances of different communities, she discovered a love for helping others navigate the real estate process. With her background in social sciences, Meg is at home digging into the data and loves keeping a pulse on what’s moving the market. She is dedicated to ensuring that every client she works with feels supported and empowered in the buying and selling process.

When Meg is not assisting her clients, she is supporting local families as a birth Doula, out on a trail or in a grassy field with her rescue pup, Obi, or daydreaming about her next adventure.
