North Hills Description
Thinking about moving to North Hills? The North Hills neighborhood is one of Raleigh’s hottest areas for living, working and entertainment. With its prime location between Downtown Raleigh and North Raleigh, the area centers around the absolutely magnificent North Hills Mall. North Hills Mall is the home to several high-end stores, boutiques and restaurants, but it’s more than just a retail outlet. It’s an entertainment and event destination with farmers markets, wine tastings, outdoor concerts and sporting events, all within walking distance for many people.
There’s a wide choice of housing options from new construction homes on large lots to revitalized traditional homes, including classic mid-century ranches and funky split level style homes. The price range is wide enough to appeal to a variety of income levels, and North Hills residents are a mix of families, couples and singles. It has easy access to the greenway system and is right off I-440, so convenience is another major draw. Living here doesn’t feel so far away from Downtown culture, yet you’re still close to outdoor sports like golf and swimming. Beautiful North Hills Park offers playgrounds, walking trails, public tennis courts and sporting facilities. The nearby schools are extremely highly-rated and loved by local families.
We love the North Hills neighborhood! The Offices at North Hills and Captrust Towers are 100% leased, which bodes well for the future employment and economy of the area. As for retail, with the recent arrival of The Capital Grille and PaperSource, the trend of popular names coming into the area continues. The future is looking bright, so it’s a great time to think about moving to North Hills.
