About Cynthia Parker

Let me just start by saying…I absolutely LOVE what I do! I am fortunate enough to help wonderful clients like you find and purchase a home you will love; as well as market and sell a home that holds such precious memories for you.  It is a big deal! I take this very seriously by listening to your needs, then researching and working to help you achieve or even exceed your desired results. I am your trusted advisor, your practiced negotiator, an excellent communicator, a master of detail, and your skilled house-hunter since 2004!  I am ready to help you- whether it is your first home, your “big house”, or if you are downsizing….whether you have lived here for years…or if you are just moving to our area.

How did I come to be here… doing this? I grew up in Augusta, Ga and came to summer camp in NC as a teen. I moved at to attend college in NC and never went back. I have lived in Charlotte, Greenville, and now live in Raleigh since 1986. I am married to Victor, and we love it here. We have a home in the Five Points area, where we raised our 2 sons. They are now grown men in their twenties. Time does fly! Our boys attended public schools, and we have been involved with many charities and groups over the years such as BSA, PTA, SafeChild, and many more. We enjoy camping and biking in our spare time.  I also love singing as lead vocalist in a women’s choral group that performs for seniors in nursing homes and retirement centers.  Last, but certainly not least, and really most of all, we are so in love with our giant golden retriever named Scout! 

Real Estate is my second life career following twenty years as a Quality and Project Manager in manufacturing. I am a detail oriented and passionate person, and that combination will show in my work and communications with you.
